Our in-house avatar engine is the cornerstone of our browser-based and phygital experiences, featuring customizable digital humans in real-time 3D scenes with facial animations and gestures.
With extensive configurability and scalability, the engine offers complete control via purpose built APIs, including lip synchronization based on freely generated speech audio. Compatible with various IO devices, from web browsers to 3D holographic displays, it seamlessly integrates inputs from external hardware like depth cameras and specialized sensors.
Using advanced natural language processing (NLP), Nettle enables fluid conversations with a truly-realistic digital persona - complete with natural movement and expressions that can even be displayed as a full-size human avatar. At the heart of it all lies a single truth: our digital humans deliver real-time responses and reactions seamlessly.
End-to-End Engagement Platform
The Nettle BOT Platform consists of a proprietary Conversational AI engine built from scratch by our data sciences team, leveraging industry standard tools sets, custom learning algorithms and highly modelled business domains.
The platform is designed to be robust and flexible and can work in tandem with any openly-available LLM (Large Language Model) including those from OpenAI®, Google®, Facebook® and Apple®.
We've also developed the Nettle Voicebot Platform (NVP) with the primary purpose of utilizing automated voice interfaces in the engagement process. This enables clients to efficiently handle and fulfill customer requests through various voice-enabled channels such as phone, web, onsite kiosks, and more.
Finally, we incorporate vendor agnostic, industry available Speech-to-text (S2T) capabilities into this comprehensive end to end solution for maximum utility.
